Covid Close Contact
Dear Skillsetters,
We are pleased to report that our staff member identified as the close contact referred to in our communications on Sunday night, has been advised by NSW Health that their first COVID 19 test result is negative.
The member will remain in isolation as planned for a further week and will be tested at the conclusion of this period. The health authorities have provided advice to the member that because they isolated immediately, no contacts between exposure and isolation are at risk of infection.
This is comforting news and our confidence is reinforced as staff and students notify us of their negative results.
You will be aware that the situation in our local area is evolving and change is constant. We will stick with our plan and advise the community at 5 PM today of our intentions for tomorrows operations.
